Terms of use

These terms describe use of Meeple Meeter, a service operated by Christian Carey for sharing board-game collections and arranging game nights. Use the service only if you can agree to these terms and the privacy policy.

Your account and content

Keep your account secure and provide accurate profile information. You are responsible for the notes, invitations, locations, and other content you add. You keep ownership of your content and allow us to store, display, and transmit it as needed to provide the features you use.

Be a good guest

Respect other people’s privacy. Do not use the service for harassment, spam, impersonation, unlawful content, or attempts to access accounts or private groups without permission. Share invite links only with intended participants. Group administrators and event hosts control membership and attendance within the permissions provided.

Game nights and availability

A host’s choice of date can create an event and automatically add players who selected that date. Check the confirmed details and contact your host if plans change. You are responsible for your real-world arrangements and deciding whether to attend; the service does not vet people, locations, or activities. Calendar files and notifications are conveniences and may be delayed or need to be downloaded again after changes.

Availability and third parties

The service may change, experience interruptions, or be unavailable. Google, Discord, BoardGameGeek, hosting, and email services have their own terms and availability. Board-game names and artwork belong to their respective owners. Meeple Meeter is not affiliated with or endorsed by those game publishers or BoardGameGeek.

Leaving and contacting us

You may stop using the service at any time. To request account deletion or report a problem, email christianrcarey@gmail.com. We may restrict access to protect other users or the service. We will publish material changes to these terms on this page.
